1. Order Processing Time

We offer shipping to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, though transit times may vary for these locations).

  • Disclaimer: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery dates are subject to acceptance and approval of your order and can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or peak shopping seasons.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow [24–48] hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, express shipping methods may not be available for these locations. Please ensure your address details are precise to avoid delivery delays.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

thetrello.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

6. Damages and Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if it was lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at [support@thetrello.com]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
